Thanks for making the Unleash Your Greatness Video series. I’ve been struggling with a weightlifting exercise called the deadlift. I’ve been unable to lift 140kg. Each time the bar would drop to the left or right. Using the Personal Sanctuary exercise and an affirmation I managed to lift it. Plus I feel I can lift more weight than that.
